Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week; weekend work possible.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day production to meet performance and quality standards.
• Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are adequately manned.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items efficiently.
• Oversee employee performance and identify development needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time startup.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate materials for daily schedule.
• Maintain and improve production processes.
• Perform quality and safety audits and document results.
• Liaise with maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Handle day-to-day issues as they arise and perform other duties.
