Job summary

Boone Center Inc. is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee adults with disabilities on the production floor in a manufacturing setting. You will plan and assign work, implement procedures, and drive improvements while ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities include line setup, data entry, coaching and enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe work environment. High school diploma or GED required; prior disability-related experience preferred.
