Responsibilities

• Manages the production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Leads a group of employees and motivates for maximum productivity.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves problems and opportunities.
• Evaluates employee performance and programs; conducts reviews.
• Coaches and counsels employees; drives safety initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures and applicable law.
• Communicates with employees and management as required.
• Manages department cost and profitability; aligns with budget.
• Maintains department inventory and records; reports as needed.
• Participates in Safety Committee and safety standards compliance.
• May drive a forklift to move material in the production area.
