Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in a manufacturing field; 4-year degree preferred.
• Five+ years of supervision/leadership experience in metal fabrication or machine shop manufacturing.
• Experience in vehicle production or custom manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assignments of hourly personnel to meet schedule commitments.
• Onboard and train new hires, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to production staff.
• Lead safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment needs to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
