Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day production at our Oaks Corners, NY aggregates and HMA facility. You will guide a team of hourly workers and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

You will coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri, with occasional flexibility to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills for operations.
• Knowledge of safety practices and production processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with facility maintenance or project coordination.
• Experience in aggregates, asphalt, mining, or construction materials preferred.
