Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily quarry and aggregate plant operations at Jamesville. You will guide safe, efficient production, drive improvements in throughput and material quality, and coordinate with maintenance and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in aggregates or mining, and the ability to interpret production data to make real-time decisions in an outdoor, high-production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aggregates or mining preferred.
• Ability to interpret production data and identify trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in outdoor quarry environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production of aggregates.
• Monitor and optimize crushing, screening, and conveying equipment performance; coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost throughput, material quality, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain production, inventory, and shift reports; ensure MSHA compliance and company standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe practices and leading by example.
