Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day production at our Oaks Corners, NY aggregates and HMA facility. You will guide a team of hourly workers and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

You will coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri, with occasional flexibility to support operations.

Position overview

The Production Supervisor will lead day-to-day production activities at our Oaks Corners, NY aggregate and HMA operation, providing frontline leadership to a team of hourly employees while driving safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity goals.
• Coach, develop, and support frontline team members through clear communication and performance feedback.
• Monitor plant processes and resources to optimize production while minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a manufacturing or production facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment and processes.
• Requires routine walking, standing, climbing, and working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Typical schedule is Mon - Fri, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rare occasional flexibility needed to support operational needs outside normal hours.
