Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 2-3 years in manufacturing with 1+ year in a supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production and shipping.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on the production floor.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Drive productivity through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members to enhance skills and engagement.
• Maintain production records and communicate status to management.
