Job summary

Batory Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (9:30pm - 6:00am) to lead daily shipping and receiving, maintain food safety standards, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams. You will coordinate Inventory Control, Quality Control, Logistics, and Safety while mentoring staff.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the Facility Manager to optimize operations and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in a warehouse, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Forklift Operator certification required.
• Experience with WMS/YMS and related software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-shift production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, evaluation, and development of team members.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with FSMA, safety, and quality standards.
