Qualifications

• Experience in equipment programming, troubleshooting, or automation support.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Safety boots and prescription safety glasses required on first day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production employees, ensuring clear understanding of roles, expectations, and priorities.
• Execute production schedules to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Identify skill gaps and support training, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Provide timely performance feedback and hold team members accountable for results.
• Promote continuous improvement through employee engagement and idea sharing.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Support daily operations with overtime as dictated by production needs.
