Job summary

Primex Plastics Corporation is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for our Reedsburg, WI facility. This full-time, exempt role typically works from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility required.

The Supervisor will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity per Primex standards. Responsibilities include coaching staff, promoting safety, and optimizing work efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a leadership role is required, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
