Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or factory experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand production schedules, work instructions, quality requirements, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and accountability for employees.
• Plan, assign, and communicate daily production priorities to meet schedules and goals.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees to achieve performance and safety targets.
• Monitor employee performance and provide timely feedback and corrective action.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Shipping and other departments to address needs.
• Ensure products are manufactured to established specifications and quality requirements.
