Job summary

Primex Plastics Corporation in Reedsburg, WI seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily manufacturing operations on the plant floor. You will supervise staff, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure adherence to Primex standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach production staff to meet performance targets.
• Assign tasks, prioritize duties, and optimize labor usage.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Enforce safety programs, participate in investigations, and promote a safe work environment.
• Identify efficiencies and cost reductions in processes and equipment.
• Oversee housekeeping and safety conditions of the plant.
• Communicate effectively with all shifts and coordinate with other departments.
• Foster morale, teamwork, and accountability; lead by example.
