Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; ensure safety, set expectations, and coach associates.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain inventory controls for raw materials.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, shipping, and other departments to meet targets.
• Respond promptly to operational issues affecting customer expectations and cycle time.
• Enforce company policies with HR and Safety when needed.
• Build morale and sustain engagement among reporting associates.
