Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Must be willing to work extended and/or weekend hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; ensure safety, set expectations and coach associates.
• Develop, implement and audit daily standard work; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain production schedule meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials; coordinate with supply chain and quality.
• Respond promptly to operational issues impacting customer expectations and cycle time.
• Capture data and analyze productivity; allocate resources to meet production needs.
• Record timekeeping accurately in ADP for direct reports; enforce safety policies.
