Job summary

Helena Industries is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise packaging lines, formulate raw materials, and ensure product quality in a production environment. You will set up equipment, perform changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and lead a team to meet production and safety standards.

The role requires 3 years of production experience, OSHA-related readiness, and the ability to work extended hours in a plant setting. Strong English and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of production/manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew in packaging of formulated products.
• Ensure quality specifications in a safe, reliable manner.
• Formulates raw materials into finished product meeting QC standards.
• Perform changeovers between production campaigns.
• Set up equipment and materials for next run.
• Troubleshoot packaging and formulation equipment.
• Perform online repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Complete production paperwork and QC documentation on time.
• Identify quality issues and report to leadership.
• Develop run plans and train team members.
• Conduct QA tests (pH, density, viscosity, etc).
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Manage other team members and provide customer service.
• Attend to safety and policy compliance.
