Responsibilities

• Lead a packaging crew to meet quality specifications safely.
• Formulate and move product and raw materials through production.
• Perform maintenance on production equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete production paperwork and quality control records on time.
• Coordinate changeovers between campaigns and prepare for next run.
