Job Description

Purpose of the Job

To act as a focal point in the Maintenance Department during off-shifts, ensuring management instructions are carried out.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Monitor, report, and document the ABB PM program.
• Observe, report, and document the OEE program, Work Procedures, and Inventory Control System.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years of industrial maintenance and one (1) year of PLC programming/troubleshooting experience. An associate’s degree and one (1) year of PLC programming preferred. Also, three (3) years of experience in fabricating, machine shop skills, electrical, pneumatics, computers, welding, and rigging are required. Must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in working hours.

Physical and Mental Functions

Repetitive tasks with frequent mental or visual effort. Physically, required to walk often, and occasionally sit, stand, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Equipment Used

General office equipment, welder, mill, lathe, cutting tools, and basic power hand tools.
