We are hiring immediately for a full-time A&P Lead mechanic. This role is critical to our mission, and we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.

What you will be doing as an A & P Mechanic:

• Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
• Perform mechanical duties involving diagnosis, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery.
• Perform turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run-ups.

What you need to be successful:

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License, or partial license with the ability to obtain full license within 6 months.
• Experience as an A & P Mechanic or in mechanical repair of vehicles, or as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance experience.
