Job summary

Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic in Los Angeles seeks a Production Manager to bridge office and fabrication shop, coordinating production schedules with Project Managers, Designers and the Shop Foreman to keep deadlines. You will determine what to produce and when, ensure materials, kickoff meetings, and clear communication across teams, with a focus on workflow, quality control and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management or related role.
• Experience in custom fabrication or scenic production preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong scheduling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling & Timeline Management: maintain calendars, track milestones, and coordinate with PMs and Shop Foreman.
• Project Readiness and Shop Hand Off: verify drawings, materials, and readiness for production; kickoff meetings.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: monitor shop capacity, labor needs, and schedule adjustments to meet deadlines.
