Job summary

Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic in Los Angeles seeks a Production Manager to bridge the office and fabrication shop, coordinating with Project Managers, Designers and the Shop Foreman to maintain production schedules and deadlines.

You determine what to produce and when, ensure readiness of drawings and materials, oversee scheduling, kickoff meetings, and hand-offs, and manage shop capacity with strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management or related roles.
• Experience in custom fabrication or events preferred.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be able to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling and timeline management.
• Confirm project readiness and shop hand-off.
• Coordinate installation schedules and onsite requirements.
• Manage shop capacity and resource planning.
• Communicate changes to project teams.
• Archive production documentation.
