Job summary

Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic in Los Angeles is seeking an Estimating & Procurement Manager responsible for developing detailed project estimates, maintaining budgets in NetSuite, and sourcing materials, rentals, and subcontracted services.

This role collaborates with project management, design, production, and accounting to price work accurately, plan purchasing, control vendor costs, and track committed versus actual project expenses, helping reduce COGS and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, procurement, budgeting, or related roles.
• Background in custom fabrication or experiential production is preferred.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP/purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project estimates including labor, materials, rentals, and subcontractors.
• Source materials, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor purchases to keep expenditures aligned with approved budgets.
• Enter estimates into NetSuite and support project handoffs.
• Reduce COGS by proactive procurement and forecasting.
