Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and ensure safety programs compliance.
• Manage Production Department staff and training.
• Analyze daily/monthly production results and drive improvements.
• Direct department activities to meet safety, production, and cost goals.
• Lead and coach team to operate production lines safely and efficiently.
• Submit monthly reports comparing results to budget.
• Maintain budget responsibility of $5,000,000 to $20,000,000.
