Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to read and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities for assigned shift.
• Hire, train, direct, and mentor shift employees.
• Meet or exceed goals for production output, quality, and material utilization.
• Organize and communicate between departments; enforce safety practices.
