Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor-Accessories to lead the custom fabrication of PVC roofing products, coordinate materials, and align priorities with the Operations Manager and Production Coordinator to meet customer demand.

You’ll foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement, supervise floor activities, monitor lead times, and resolve production priorities with cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Duro-Last operations or prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
• Promotes a culture of safety and addresses near miss reports.
• Covers floor supervision duties overseeing production, stockroom, and shipping employees.
• Understands process inputs/outputs to predict lead times.
• Acts as point person for shop floor questions on production priorities and quality.
• Collaborates across departments to improve processes.
• Supports continuous improvement and corrective action projects.
• Uses computer systems for payroll and production control.
