Job summary

asmglobal Fort Worth is seeking a seasoned production lead to oversee events from planning through execution. You will serve as the primary production contact, coordinating technical elements, staff, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires strong technical expertise in audio/visual systems, plus the ability to manage multiple shows, work irregular hours, and meet safety and equipment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an audio engineer for arenas or large events.
• Extensive knowledge of audio consoles, audio over IP networks, and IP network configuration.
• Experience coordinating production for events and using lighting and video systems.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates, schedule production personnel, and staff for events.
• Coordinate and advance events from concept to completion.
• Independently spearhead assigned shows from planning through execution as primary production lead.
• Schedule house crew for events.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments and contractors.
• Assist with Public Safety, Security, and Custodial needs as assigned.
• Maintain all production systems and equipment.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and spaces maintained.
