Kenvue is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Lititz, PA facility. You will lead frontline teams, drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity, and ensure compliant manufacturing in a regulated environment on high-speed lines.

Shift options include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, with onsite work. Strong leadership, communication, and manufacturing experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree with 6+ years in operations/manufacturing/packaging or a Bachelor’s with 4+ years.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal, influencing, listening and problem solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise production team to meet goals on high-speed packaging lines.
• Establish personnel schedules and manage production flow and risks.
• Compile and report production metrics.
• Train staff on safety and quality policies and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Lead to implement continuous improvements and optimize resources.
• Coordinate with leaders and safeguard union requirements where applicable.
