Job summary

ClearBridge Executive Search is seeking a Production Manager for a food manufacturing client in Massachusetts. You will oversee daily production across shifts, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while leading hourly teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance collaboration; implementing Lean improvements; ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance; and maintaining accurate production records to support audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Production Management experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and labor planning.
• Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
