Job summary

Konik in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production operations across day and second shifts, guiding 15-20 employees in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You will bridge CNC technology and manual fabrication, drive quality and on-time delivery, troubleshoot CNC equipment, and mentor a high-performing team.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication and safety discipline.

Qualifications

2+ years in production supervision or management.
Experience in large-format printing, POP display, or custom fabrication.
Direct experience with CNC cutting systems (Zund or similar).
Ability to read and interpret production drawings and specifications.
Hands-on fabrication tools experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily production operations across day and second shift teams (15-20 employees).
Serve as a player-coach on the floor, supporting all production processes to drive efficiency and quality.
Coordinate production schedules with project management to meet aggressive turnaround timelines.
Troubleshoot CNC cutting equipment and fabrication processes.
Maintain and enforce quality standards for high-end fabrication output.
Uphold OSHA and internal safety protocols on the floor.
Develop and manage production metrics, quotas, and performance expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, tour-ready production environment.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
