Konik is partnering with an established precision electronics manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead employees on the production floor in Minneapolis, MN.

This hands-on role emphasizes training, process discipline, and meeting quality and delivery goals in a regulated environment; candidates should have prior supervision in manufacturing and comfort with small tolerances. The position offers steady daytime hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or leading employees within manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions.
• Comfortable with detailed components, measurements, and tolerances.
• Willing to learn detailed manufacturing and assembly processes on the production floor.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees on the production floor, maintaining a strong presence.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees on manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
• Ensure procedures, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements are followed.
• Monitor completed work for quality and address issues as they arise.
• Lead by example to promote accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Coordinate daily production activities to support quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
