Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily departmental operations and control costs.
• Lead production across milling, turning and Swiss departments.
• Ensure ISO quality standards and process adherence.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Implement 5S and lean methods to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to improve processes.
