Job summary

Stratasys Eden Prairie facility seeks a Lead Production on 2nd shift to coordinate daily work, drive safety and quality, and ensure schedules are met. You will lead a cross-functional team, train staff, and support Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, resolving issues, and onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and monitor issues daily.
• Lead production team to meet daily/weekly schedules.
• Escalate production issues cross-functionally as needed.
• Coordinate training and maintain required documentation.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and improve processes.
• Onboard new employees and support performance feedback.
