Trade Job Placement in Connecticut is seeking a production manager for our premier architectural millwork operation. This full-time onsite role requires guiding and mentoring staff and achieving company goals and production benchmarks.

Candidates should have extensive millwork experience, knowledge of engineering software, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with oversight of drafting, scheduling, subcontractors, procurement, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with architectural millwork or compatible industry.
• Knowledge of engineering software and engineering department personnel.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, production machinery, shipping and installation.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal with subcontractor issues and deadlines.
