Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician III to support the maintenance of production equipment, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, and lead Maintenance Tech staff to improve operating quality and reliability.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, ability to read schematics and blueprints, and strong collaboration with quality, production, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• At least six years in a production maintenance position.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Clean room experience preferred.
• Electrical training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and processes including construction, modification, and improvement of equipment.
• Train and direct Maintenance Tech I and II staff in equipment operation, set-ups and repairs.
• Maintain training records in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Design and fabricate machined parts and tools.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and maintain records for FDA/cGMP/SOP compliance.
• Assist with process/product layout and design.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Respond to spills per Chemical Spill Procedures.
