Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking a Production Maintenance Tech II for 1st shift in Windsor, CO to support maintenance of production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and drive equipment improvements. The role involves training staff, maintaining training records, and ensuring cGMP compliance.

Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, installation of machinery, and managing spare parts. Clean room activities and weekend/on-call may be required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• At least three years in a production maintenance position.
• Completion of some accredited training in electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance of production equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Technician staff in training and directing lower level staff.
• Assist with training maintenance and production employees on equipment use and cleaning.
• Maintain training records in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Confer with management to resolve problems.
• Maintain process equipment and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Assist with layout and design with Engineering.
• Install machines and equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and place orders as needed.
• Electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Participate in annual hazardous waste training.
• Work in a clean room environment requiring gowning.
