Job summary

Plant Grow Harvest is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to join our 3rd shift maintenance team. You will troubleshoot production and facility equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support installations to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This role demands hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, and a commitment to accurate maintenance documentation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with pumps, motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Forklift or material-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with maintenance and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, and related equipment.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Assist with basic plumbing and HVAC maintenance.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, and improvement projects.
• Keep records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
