Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates shift production activities for hourly employees.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and planning to ensure on-time production.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and GMP requirements.
• Develops and implements SOPs and batch records.
• Performs performance evaluations and reviews timesheets.
• Sets daily production priorities with Process Leads and staff.
• Leads process improvements and corrective actions as needed.
• Supports training progress and readiness of the team.
