Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Lockout/Tagout, job hazard analysis, hot work permits, confined space experience.
• Food processing environment experience with USDA/FDA/SQF policies.
• Leadership experience (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventive/predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic deficiencies; may include facility repairs.
• Read and interpret WOs, manuals, electrical schematics, and P&IDs; coach others on reading docs.
• Log work orders in CMMS to track labor, uptime, PM compliance, MTTR/MTBF, and parts.
