Job summary

Tessera is seeking a motivated Senior Production Scheduler to support Warner Robins Air Force Base operations. You will act as the primary contact for base personnel and external customers, guiding scheduling decisions and maintaining accuracy across maintenance and production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling, maintenance planning, work control, logistics coordination, or a related operations environment.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar work order and scheduling software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service hub for base personnel and external customers via phone, email, and in-person support.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-range production schedules based on customer requirements, manpower availability, material status, and equipment readiness.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and maintenance delays and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS data integrity through periodic audits and validation of labor, equipment, material, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply, and warehouse personnel to ensure required parts, materials, and tools are available prior to scheduled maintenance actions.
• Prepare reports, SITREPs, metrics, leadership briefings, and operational summaries.
