Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the basic production process.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following prescribed safety regulations.
• Contact the supervisor for complex issues in the production process.
• Understand and ensure adherence to production policies, practices, and procedures.
• Ensure work quality, identify and document quality issues, and prevent non-conforming products.
• Assist the supervisor in overseeing team performance and scheduling.
• Train colleagues on the production line as needed.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically a high school diploma or equivalent, with 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to read, understand, and maintain records.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough understanding of the production process.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness and ability to teach, coach, and develop others.
