Job summary

Vail Resorts in Bartlett, NH seeks a Lead for Product Sales and Service to guide guest interactions across tickets, passes, and programs, ensuring Epic Service every step of the guest journey. You'll lead daily operations, coach teammates, and collaborate with resort departments to deliver a seamless experience while staying flexible to evolving needs.

This winter seasonal role offers full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in customer service or ticket sales.
• Fluent English communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional guest service and create meaningful interactions.
• Serve as on-floor leader across PSS lines for seamless guest experience.
• Inspire and coach team to reflect resort brand and culture.
• Lead daily operations including opening/closing, real-time decisions.
• Address complex guest needs and resolve concerns with leadership support.
• Build relationships with guests, partners, and internal teams.
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and guidance for the team.
• Oversee readiness of sales environment with Facilities and IT.
• Promote safety and a welcoming environment.
• Assist with setup/teardown of PSS locations.
