Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Team Lead for Product Sales at Kirkwood, CA. The role supports resort services sales, including lift passes, lessons, and childcare, delivering guest-focused experiences that drive epic adventures.

Responsibilities include leading daily sales operations, staff training, and coordinating with departments. Requires 2+ years in customer service or ticket sales, 18+ years old, and fluent English. Winter seasonal, full-time hours with housing available.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Lead daily operations of product sales, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and supervision.
• Assist with hiring, support, and training of product sales team members in daily operations.
• Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide feedback, recognition, correction action, or escalations as needed.
• Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts. Product Sales Team Leaders facilitate the sale of resort services such as lift passes, lessons, childcare, and more, providing guests with the key to epic adventures.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.50/hr – $26.88/hr

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or ticket sales required
• Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
