Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for a Lead for Product Sales and Service to deliver exceptional guest service across multiple PSS lines, including tickets, passes, and lessons. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a seamless guest journey from purchase to departure.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in customer service or ticket sales, with strong English communication and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or ticket sales.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional guest service with personalized interactions and Epic Service.
• Lead daily operations and oversee multiple PSS lines of business for a seamless guest experience.
• Coach the team to reflect resort brand and culture at every guest touchpoint.
• Ensure readiness and functionality of the sales environment and coordinate with Facilities and IT to resolve issues.
• Provide training, guidance, and knowledge sharing to build team confidence and capability.
