Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking to own and accelerate the growth of its premium ultra-fast delivery business, shaping the customer experience and the operational network that enables 1–3 hour delivery. You will diagnose drivers of adoption and unit-volume trends, and make high-judgment decisions that improve business outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.

You will work across Product and Operations to understand how constraints affect experience and how product decisions impact execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Responsibilities

• Identify leading indicators behind customer adoption, unit-volume growth, and operational performance and translate insights into actions to improve results.
• Collaborate across Product and Operations to understand how constraints affect customer experience and how product decisions affect delivery network execution.
• Diagnose why key metrics move and recommend corrective actions quickly.
• Operate autonomously, owning feature and expansion decisions while influencing senior leaders through data-driven judgment.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer experience and develop/refine pricing for the premium service.
