Job summary

Amazon's Rapid and Rural Logistics team seeks a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations and technology projects for our fast delivery initiatives. The role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence across cross-functional teams.

You will drive capacity modeling, process improvements, and data-driven decisions to support 2025 volume targets, collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve R2L goals.
• Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
• Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations
• Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business
