Job summary

McAfee seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the subscription management platform—covering lifecycle, decisioning, and packaging services across the McAfee ecosystem. You will define a scalable architecture and a data-driven roadmap, partnering with engineering, marketing, and analytics to drive retention and ARPU.

This senior, high-ownership role focuses on turning complex subscription rules into reusable product models and advancing platform modernization for scalable eCommerce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including subscription, billing, or monetization platform products.
• Experience building platform capabilities used by multiple downstream teams.
• Experience with complex lifecycle systems and decisioning engines.

Responsibilities

• Set the subscription platform strategy and translate into a prioritized roadmap.
• Enable smarter retention with AI‑driven discounting.
• Increase plan flexibility for family and partner plans and smooth transitions.
• Own key metrics: renewal rate, retention, bookings, and ARPU.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Payments, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to ship cohesive eCommerce capabilities.
• Prioritize effectively across new capabilities, technical debt, and customer-experience improvements.
• Represent the domain in leadership forums with data- and customer-driven recommendations.
