The Data Governance team within Disney Data Products & Platforms is responsible for the strategies, policies, data solutions, and tools, that enable data trust in Disney Experience. This team defines what good looks like, building the operating model to enforce it, and creating the solutions that make data use possible at the scale of one of the world's most recognized brands. The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $145,000 - $194,400, and in Glendale, CA is $152,200 - $204,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
