Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Rules Engine & Decisioning Platform to join the team in the Healthcare space. You will own product strategy and execution for a decisioning platform enabling scalable personalization and rule-based capabilities across channels and products.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer needs, technical tradeoffs, and priorities, shaping reusable platform solutions that support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IT, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, esp. with decisioning platforms and personalization tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business use cases against existing capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify capability gaps and emerging needs as the platform expands across channels and products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives and customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Contribute to product discovery by recommending reusable solutions that enhance platform scalability.
• Define and manage features, user stories, and implementation priorities for platform enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess solution approaches and technical tradeoffs for new capabilities.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs for assigned scrum teams, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
