Orb is hiring a Lead Product Manager for the Pricing Lifecycle team to define and own the core billing platform. You will guide pricing abstractions, experiment with pricing changes, and shape how customers earn revenue with intent.

You’ll influence product strategy, decide what to build and in what order, and collaborate with a fast-moving AI-enabled company alongside Adyen. You will work with engineering and design from discovery through delivery, ensuring the right pricing models scale from

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record delivering customer outcomes and defining new products
• Advocates for customer needs while balancing business priorities
• Strong partnerships with engineering and design across functions
• Applies product discovery and optimization to turn ambiguity into a plan
• Demonstrated drive to ship early and often
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate with company support

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for Orb's core billing platform
• Lead product discovery: talk with customers on pricing experimentation and translate insights into the product and architecture
• Shape strategic questions around pricing abstractions and safe rollout across live customers
• Build strong partnerships with engineering and design, involving them early in discovery
• Lay the groundwork for product practices and processes to scale the team
