Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a Product Owner to lead workstreams within the AI Agentic Platform for enterprise insurance customers. The role requires deep insurance domain knowledge and strong backlog and story-management capabilities.

You will own epics, write user stories, coordinate sprint planning, define acceptance criteria, and align features with regulatory, data privacy, and risk requirements while collaborating with architects, engineers, and business SMEs.

Qualifications

• Deep insurance domain knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience with backlog management, user story writing, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Ability to translate insurance needs into AI platform features and use cases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across business, technology, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for one or more workstreams within the AIG Enterprise AI Agentic Platform.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with epics and user stories.
• Translate insurance requirements into actionable platform features and AI use cases.
• Partner with architects, AI leads, and engineers to align solutions with regulatory objectives.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with delivery teams.
• Define and report KPIs, business value, and adoption outcomes.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize use cases with stakeholders to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off for releases.
• Facilitate workshops, sessions, and demos to drive adoption readiness.
• Maintain roadmap alignment with delivery timelines and platform evolution.
• Ensure features comply with governance, security, and risk management frameworks.
• Support change management and training for successful deployment.
